The village of Kabile is situated on 3 km north of the town of Yambol. It is named on the ancient tracian town existed here till 1000 – 800 year B. C. Kabile impress the visitors with its streets full with people, the clean village square with nice flowery gardents and children playing near the mineral spring. Despite that you can see many old agriculture machinery, parked in almost every small streets, thre grain producing and the cattle-breeding is very well developed here. The village is famouse in the region with the magic of its small but fascinating manastery ' Saint Mother of Got'. Every day the monastery is visited by many people, who are looking for secluding and spiritual inspiration. National archaeological reserve “Kabile” is located 8 km northwest of the town of Yambol. In the antiquity the town of Kabile was an important economic, religious and cultural center in southeast Thrace and downstream of the Tundja river. It appeared in the end of the II century BC as a large cult center on the “Zajchi vrah” hill, at the bend of the Tonzos river (now the Tundja river).
