That’s why, we at “BulgarianESTates”Ltd offer our customers a four-day inspection trip in which you will have the chance to become personally acquainted with the advantages and disadvantages of pre-selected properties, to feel the spirit of the place, and to gain a clearer picture of the country and the real estate market.





We cover the cost of:

- Stay - 4 days (3 nights) 3*** hotel

- Transport during inspections

- The value of the visa if any

- The value of the plane tickets

 

An indicative timetable of the trip:

Day 1

- Airport transfer and hotel accommodation.

- Meeting in the office or a comfortable place for final discussions.

 

Days 2 and 3

- Property viewings, selection, booking, preparation of documents for the company registration, if required for the purchase, meeting with a Notary.

 

Day 4

- Departure

 

*To avoid misunderstandings and reviewing piles of documents relating to the travel, transportation in the country, the visa and the stay, as well as to maximum facilitate you - our customers, initially you pay yourself for the above activities : stay in this hotel ( according to the tariffs of the hotel ), our car transport ( € 0.20 per km ) , the cost of the visa (according to the price list of embassies, consulates or the visa center ), the value of the plane tickets in the airline of your choice, and when finalizing the deal , we will REFUND as follows:

 

- for the purchase of a property up to 25000 euro – 250 euro

- for the purchase of a property from 25001 to 35000 euro – 350 euro

- for the purchase of a property from 35001 to 50000 euro – 500 euro

- for the purchase of a property from 50001 to 10000 euro – 750 euro

- for the purchase of a property over 100000 евро – 1000 euro
